Southbrooke is a newer community in south Franklin, in Williamson County, off Lewisburg Pike. Residents share a pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and walking trails. The homes are built by Ford Classic Homes and Insignia Homes, and many plans have the primary suite on the main level, with bonus space upstairs. We've toured two model plans and a nearly new home on a corner lot. It's a good fit if you want Franklin, a newer home and community amenities without starting from a blank lot.
