Rosebrooke is a newer community in Brentwood, in Williamson County. Our six-part series tours new custom homes there, built for the 2025 Parade of Homes by builders such as Ford Classic Homes and Legend Homes. Watching them back to back gives you a clear picture of what local builders and designers are doing right now: open layouts, tall ceilings and backyards set up for pools and evenings outside. It suits someone who wants a brand-new custom home in Brentwood.
